26 entries were DQ'd, largely for self spotting and undeclared 
assistance. Two multis were DQ'd for time shifting QSOs to circumvent 
the 10 minute rule.

Additional stations were given warnings, several for wide signals, and 
quite a few for transmitting outside permitted frequencies, largely 
above 7200 in ITU Region 1.
