[NCC] INQP this weekend

Just a plug for the INQP this weekend. I will be operating as a single op in 
12 counties in IN. This will be my first attempt at the INQP. Also, The 7QP, 
NE, and Delaware QPs are this weekend also. N1MM+ has a great module that 
will log all QSOs in all parties (except DE) correctly with no muss no fuss. 
Of course, the wx is going to be great this weekend so tear yourself away 
from those outside projects to make some Qs
