[NCC] SSB Sprint

While there are some other contests coming up even sooner (such as OQP and NAQP SSB), just wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding the next NA SSB Sprint. It will be Saturday evening August 29th (August 30th 0000Z-0359Z).


As you may know we had tremendous activity in the Feb 2015 event.  390 logs received.  5 stations managed to work all 50 states (including KH6 and KL7) and received the WAS shirt.  K7SS, W6YX (N6DE opr), N6ED, K6LA, KW8N.


Another 13 stations worked 49 states.


The drawing for the door prizes was completed and the prizes were won by:
K0EU, W7OM, K5YAA, VE3RCN and KB1VUN.


We are still wrapping up some things from the Feb 2015 event including a final write up, but wanted to get this out so that if you are interested it could be put on your radar screen.


By the way, there were 42 Teams registered.

The winner was Dirty Deeds Done By Dead Lizards (KA9FOX, W9RE, K9PG, K9ZO, WW9R)
But two other teams (Voice of NS and NCCC Team #1) were very close behind them.  
The NCC/MRRC Team #1 placed 4th.
Would like to field MRRC/NCC teams this time.
