Dan (Head Honcho OQP Whipper-Guy),
I plan to operate quite a bit to give out Lake County tothe needy. I'll mostly stay on one freq so folks can find mewhen they move to a new County and move to SSB whenrequested(!). CW will be at the higher end of the bandpassand SSB at the lower to make things easier for those withnarrowband antennas (mobiles).
73, Bob K8BL

Subject: [Nodxa] OQP announcement #2
The Ohio QSO party is coming up in less than a month. Reserve
August 22, 2015 to work all 88 counties in Ohio. Please consider joining us
for a great time meeting friends on the air and having some late summer fun!
When: August 22, 2015 Saturday 1200 to 2400 EDT (1600-0400(aug 23) UTC)
Bands: 80-10 SSB and CW
Changes this year: the exchange now is RST and county for Ohio staions and
RST and state or province for out of state areas.
Here is a link to the website where you can find rules, results and planned
activity in each county. http://www.ohqp.org/
As we get closer to Aug 22 the counties should fill up, especially with
mobile operations.
Please share this announcement with anyone you think might be interested in
participating.

PS: more announcements, postings, begging and pleading will follow!
