[NCC] The CW Open Contest - 5 SEP 0000z, 1200z, 2000z

The CW Open is next week on 5 SEP, starting at 0000z.   I'll form NCC/MRRC teams; please let me know if you'd like to be on a team, part time or full time.

Rates have been good for the past two years.  Winning scores are ~400 Q's in each of the three 4-hour sessions (0000z, 1200z, 2000z).  And we've done a fair amount of advertising to JA and EU for 2015.  All amateurs are welcome to the CWops CW Open.  The contest has rigorous log checking.
