[NCC] ARRL DX CW pre whippage

K8MR will be sitting in the shade of a palm tree making some QRP QSOs 
while watching the sailboats on Sarasota Bay.

Points will go to some small local club down here. No Speedos will be 
worn in the making of these QSOs.
