[NCC] ARRL DX CW pre whippage

I am working frantically to get Win-Test working with N4PY's Pegasus 
Plus program so I can operate VY1JA in the contest.  Even if I have to 
log on paper I will be on with 100 watts and modest antennas.  It will 
be a new experience.  If you hear me, say hi.

Sorry to mention the banned word, but what the heck is a speedo?
