[NCC] NCC Picnic at K3LR - Friday evening July 31

FYI, I already told Dan he's welcome to spend the night in Chesterland.  We
could make it a three-some...... You ARE invited, should that suit you.

TUP tower isn't rotating.  Long story -- looks like lightning damage.  Damn!

Probably not critical for this contest.  I manually moved it down to 150
degrees.  Hell of a south antenna -- but too bad not to have that as a West
antenna for when EU is slow.

GL in FL.  We will miss you.
