[NCC] ARRL SSB whippage-late edition

I have been remiss in not whipping for the SSB portion of ARRL. I just 
remembered that SSB is a real mode!

Pass along your plans so we know who is doing what.

K8AZ M/2

K8AZ will have open chairs so please let Tom know if you can take a short 
(or long) shift. Short notice is okay since it's Thursday.
