[NCC] contest whips?

Dan,

Tim has been the whip for the CW Sprints and I've been handling the NAQP 
CW contests.  Bob KW8N tries to stir up interest in the SSB Sprints and 
NAQP SSB.  NW2K has been trying to stir up interest in the Phone Phray 
and the NYQP.  We really shouldn't need a whip for CQWW -  the biggest 
contests of the year - since this is a contest club!

But if you want the job, it's yours!!
