Last January I renewed my N8TR license plates in person (in Strongsville). They did ask for my license which I had but also they did offer me the option of a multi year renewal. I declined and opted for the standard one year renewal so I don't know if it would have gone through if I had accepted it. 73, Pete - N8TR
