[NCC] CW Open - This Friday Night and Saturday

CW Open starts on 3 SEP 0000z with Session 1 (Friday night local time).  Sessions 2 and 3 are on Saturday local time.  Winning rates are typically in excess of 100/hr for each 4-hour session.
