EP - IRAN - EP7AHN, Homed, started up yesterday on 14.200 MHz just
after 1100Z.  He was very surprised to hear a US station (K8CX, Tom)
answer him.  Tom has posted a clip of some EP7AHN audio at
http://hamgallery.com/dx2016/ep7ahn.mp3.  On CW EP2LSH, Saeed, was
being heard in North America on 14.040 MHz starting before 1230 and
well after 1330Z.
