[NCC] ARRL DX CW

Hi All,

7J1AAI is usually on the air in this one but visiting relatives from the 
US will prevent an effort this year.  They return about 18 hours before 
the end of the contest so I should be able to play around a little on 
the remote from Ohio, probably on 40 and 80.

My host JH1GTV will man his station on 40 SB for a change, so I am 
looking forward to seeing how the station I usually operate sounds in Ohio.
