All,

As some of you may have heard, a group of has formed to mount a DXpedition
to St. Paul Is., CY9 in August, 2016.  Charter NCC member N8AA is one of
the crew who will be making the trip.  See http://www.cy9dxpedition.com/

The NCC officers unanimously recommend that NCC donate $100 to the effort.
If you have any objection, please let me know asap, otherwise the donation
will be made.
