As some of you may have heard, a group of has formed to mount a DXpedition 
to St. Paul Is., CY9 in August, 2016.  Charter NCC member
N8AA is one of the crew who will be making the trip.  See

The NCC officers unanimously recommend that NCC donate $100 to the effort.
If you have any objection, please let me know asap, otherwise the donation 
will be made.
