[NCC] NAQP CW Teams - Update

Greetings,

I have had a pretty good response so far with about 20 ops planning to 
operate (not counting the guys at W2FU who won't be eligible to be on a 
team).  But the majority are part timers.  We could use 2-3 more full 
time ops to make two strong full time teams.  Please let me know of your 
plans by late Friday night and I will register the teams around midnight.

And if anyone has been on 10 and 15 lately or has seen a propagation 
forecast, please let us know what conditions have been like or are 
expected to be like.  Picking up mults on 10 can be an important part of 
this contest.
