[NCC] Turkey Revokes 3213 Ham Radio Licenses

was reporting Amateur Radio within Turkey had "revoked 3213 national ham
radio licenses".  Multiple TA hams report this information is incorrect.
There have been a few local radio and television stations that have had
their licenses revoked, but no reports so far of any Amateur Radio stations
being withdrawn.  The website above has now run a correction.
