[NCC] Website Updated

Hi Everyone,

I have added another another photo gallery to the NCC website from K8BL 
showing him, Reno WT8C and Jim AA8OY activating the James A. Garfield 
Presidential Home site as part of the ARRL National Parks On The Air 
celebration.  Thanks Bob for sending the picture.

We're starting to get more input for the NCC website 
www.northcoastcontesters.com.  There's room for plenty more.  Keep it 
coming!

And don't forget to get me some good pictures at the K3LR picnic 
tonight.  Sorry I'll miss it!
