[NCC] Hamvention will move in 2017

It was 82F here at 1:00.  Now down to 68 degrees.  So far 0.11" measured
... but this is under a big tree, so I'm pretty sure it's more.  (My app
says .23" in Chesterland.)

They said "scattered t-storms".  Looks like these are slow moving pop ups.
But so far not too much behind his cluster, so maybe Tim won't have to
confine us.
