Big time storms (I think I saw some tornado mentions on the Weather Channel)
yesterday in MD:

Hi All,
Just saw this posted on the UK HF Contesting Yahoo Group to which I
subscribe - let's hope damage is not more extensive than listed.

Chris, NX4N

Hi Rich, The storm was extreme, I've never experienced anything like it
before. Essentially all of the trees in the front of the house and along the
driveway are gone. Several powerpoles on Hobbs Rd snapped. The 200 ft
tower adjacent to the house collapsed, everything on it was destroyed. What
I don't yet know is how other damage may have been done to antennas and
rotators on the other towers. There's a tremendous amount of testing and
inspection to be done. 73. Frank. W3LPL
