[NCC] 25th Anniversary Contest Dinner at Dayton

As I look at the guys currently attending the Dayton Contest Dinner this
year - very few callsigns are NCC members.

This is a VERY special year for the dinner. For the past 25 years NCC has
organized and hosted the largest dinner gathering during Hamvention. What
started in 1992 with 150 attending has now grown to over 525 this year.
