[NCC] ARRL DX CW in 10ish days PLUS don't forget WPX RTTY this weekend

Dan,

Myself and WJ2O will be operating from Montserrat for ARRL CW. Half of the score will go to NCC. As of right now we plan to be multi single. 

I tentatively will be VP2MVV, while WJ2O is still going through the licensing process, and no call issued as of yet. We will use whichever call is a better CW call for the contest. 

Hope to work many NCCers that weekend!
