Comments:

Best conditions in a long time.  Nothing on 20 meters, but 40 and 80 were very
good, especially compared to the noisy mess during NAQP.  One weird thing,
lately I have worked lots of Texas stations during the Fray.  This time I
worked all 5-area states on 40 meters except Texas!  And no Texas on 80 either!
