[NCC] K3TUP Memorial Tent at WRTC 2018

Gentlemen...

At the very brief business meeting at tonight's NCC Summer Picnic,
K8AZ put forth the motion that NCC match individual member's contributions
for the K3TUP Memorial Tent at WRTC 2018 up to $500.00.  As you may
remember, we matched the first $500.00 for the W8KIC Memorial Tent at
the 2017 NCC Winter Meeting.

Tom also made the first pledge.

I am pleased to report to you that we received pledges, checks and cash
contributions
totaling $500.00 and NCC will match that amount and will sponsor the 'TUP
tent.

After we collected the $500.00, a number of you also mentioned to me that
you wanted
to contribute even though we had already collected enough for the tent.

K3LR mentioned that WRTC 2018 is currently about 85% funded, so your tax
deductible
contribution to WWROF earmarked for WRTC 2018 will go a long way to make
that event a reality.
