[NCC] Anybody for FQP?

Having become a Florida snowbird, the planned strategy is to operate the Florida QSO Party on April 29-30 and then head back north for the summer. Originally I had planned to do a solo FQP effort on Saturday and then leave Sunday, as we need to get to NJ for a babysitting gig later in the week. However, schedules did not work out to visit my sister in The Villages on Sunday, so we’re not leaving until Tuesday. Soooo . .  .

I’m looking for a partner to do a two day FQP mobile effort. Anybody interested in getting warm and seeing some sunshine? Oh, and having a super rate fest as a Florida mobile in FQP. The mobile station is a Prius V, K3, and two HamSticks.  Mixed mode. Tentative route is heading south from Sarasota on Saturday, back home for the night, and then on Sunday heading north to around Gainesville (lots of little counties up there) and back to SRQ.

We can provide accommodations for a few days of hanging out in advance. Afterward we’ll be busy closing the condo and packing up for the trip north, so limited hospitality then. (X)YLs might be accommodated, though I can’t promise my XYL will have time or freedom to become instant BFFs.
