I arrived back in Japan last night and managed to get the remote hooked
up in time to operate the NCCC Sprint. The contest takes place at 11:30
AM my time, which is much more convenient for me than the 9:30 PM time
in the US.
Good to work KW8N and W8WTS each on 3 bands and K8MR on two bands. Jim
'MR considerably stronger on 80 than 40.
I might just follow W8CAR's example and see if I can figure out where to
plug in the mic and make a few Q's in SS this weekend.

Comments:
Finally back in Japan for the winter. The remote is working but not the CAT or
CW keying yet so I had to use my little mini paddle and send by hand. CW probably
didn't sound very good but better this than nothing.
Antenna changing is awkward and requires me to go on line to my web switch.
