Comments:
Terrible rain static Saturday afternoon and evening and then snow static.Some more of that on Sunday.  Didn't quiet down totally until the last 6 hours. Ended up having tostart and stay on 40 meters because the low dipoles were all I could hear on a lot of the time.  The Clean Sweep came about thanks to rarer section stations that wound up answering my CQ's.  NT, AK, PR, VI, NL

Took a while to get an RI (3rd to last to get worked).
