[NCC] CW Open Reminder

Hello,

Attn: CW fans.  The CW Open takes place tonight and tomorrow. This event 
gets a lot of activity and I have found it to be fun. There are three 
four hour sessions in the 24-hour contest period, the first one starting 
at 8PM local time tonight (Friday):

Session 1:  Sept 2 (00:00 – 03:59 UTC)
Session 2:  Sept 2 (12:00 – 15:59 UTC)
Session 3:  Sept 2 (20:00 – 23:59 UTC)

Full rules are to be found on the CWOps website.  You don't need to be a 
member to participate.
