I was just in touch with Herb KVF4FZ on 20 M SSB  14.265.   He is OK.  He 
has been driving around part of the island.

He says there is bad damage.   No phone service except one AT&T location 
(cel service)

No 911 help.  No police presence.  Looting...

Christianstead (small boat & fishing boat) harbor is open and useable.

Airport runway is being cleared but not open yet.
