[NCC] Source for bandpass filter capacitors?

I am doing some work on receive only bandpass filters.  The toroid cores are
easy to find, however, the capacitors are being a problem.  

 

The capacitors needed are MLCC (multi-layer chip ceramic) caps with radial
leads, C0G dielectric, tolerance of no more than + / - 2 %, and working
voltage of at least 50 V.  The capacitance range is from 10 pF up through
1000 pF.  Typical manufacturers' product lines are Kemet C300 Goldmax, AVX
SR series, or others.  

 

Does anyone know a good source for these parts?  DigiKey and Mouser are not
helpful because they only stock a few values.
