Hey Everyone,

The nagging seems to pay off!  I now have 22 ops who plan full- or 
part-time efforts.  We could use at least three more to give us five 
full teams, so if you think you'll be on, let me know.  If I put you on 
a team and you end up canceling, it's not the end of the world.

As of Friday morning,

Full-time:  KI8W, NA8V, ND8L, W8CAR, W1NN, K8RYU, K3UA, K1LT, K8GT

Part-time:  K8NZ, N8VV, AF8A, K8MR, K8AJS, N8XX, W8RU, N8AA, W8KNO, 
N8EA, AB8OU, W8TM

If you sent me an email but you don't see your call, let me know, I 
might have missed your email.

I'll register the teams tomorrow around noon and post them here.

As Jim pointed out, remember to take some time off earlier in the day.  
Your rates on the low bands will probably be a lot better than they will 
be on the high bands.  But mults are important.  If you end up with 800 
contacts and 175 mults, each new mult is worth 800 points, while each 
new contact is worth only 175 points, so as long as you are working lots 
of new mults, it's probably worth staying on the high bands.  Moving 
mults can really help.
