[NCC] NC8C Call for OQP

Gentlemens...

N1NN would like to use the NCC club call for OQP for his part-time effort.

But Hal graciously offered to relinquish the call to any NCC member willing
 to use it in a full-time effort.

If you'd like to use NC8C, please let me know by August 22nd...otherwise,
please work Hal early and often.
