Barry Shelley is now CEO elect - he is the "temporary CEO" until a CEO is
hired.

The reason for the CEO elect position is that the CEO of record (although he
is not there) is NY2RF until March 2. At which time it is believed that
Barry will become interim CEO until the new CEO is hired.
