[NCC] Update from the Saturday meeting - take 2

Thanks again to K8AZ for hosting another great event at his home in
Chesterland.

It was great to see so many NCC members attend - N3RA and K3UA were special
charter members who attended. It has been a long time since we saw either of
them at K8AZ - Welcome back Scotty! Hello Phil!

I have officially reserved the last WRTC2018 tent with the German WRTC team.
