157 QSOs 46 S/P 7 DX

160 meter contests are great for us old guys. Operate until tired, go to bed, get up to pee, get on the radio for some more QSOs. Rinse and repeat.

Reasonably pleased with my hidden in the trees vertical at the Florida condo QTH. As always, I’m the last guy in the pileup, and lots of people don’t hear me.

95% S&P. The 5% was interesting. Guys who I had called many times before with no response found me. Wonder why that was? :-)

I’ll likely take advantage of CQ’s lack of a “one callsign” rule, and fire up tonight as W3USA. Not sure what to expect, as storms are predicted here beginning tonight, and I already see major rain in Louisiana. QRN here was nil until my sunrise session, but I suspect that will not be the case tonight.
