[NCC] Spring Stew this weekend

This weekend is the Spring edition of the Stew Perry TBDC (TopBand 
Distance Challenge).  Exchange grid square just like the Big Stew.

Last hurrah of the Lowband season (is there really such a thing??). Low 
key and fun contest.

Plans here are to fire up a lashed together homebrew exciter that could 
best be described as a Collins 310B "clone" with some addons, including 
a differential keying circuit inspired by the Johnson Ranger (bye bye 
backwave!).  Hope to work some NCCers.
