Hi all,


Been quite a while since I've had a QTH with my own antennas to play SS.  As others have mentioned, condx seemed decent. The transplanted "Mighty Nnn Zed vertical" performed better than expected. Guess it likes being 25ft from water. Can't wait to see how it works with radials.


Managed to work several NCC'ers (WW3S, K3UA, W2FU, ND8L) and heard N8TR on Sunday but couldn't break Jim's pileup after 5 or 6 tries. All in all 90 minutes well spent.
