Very good activity from NCC members. I count 18 member calls in my log
(N2CU, N2WK, N3GJ, N8AA, N8TR, NO3M, VE3EJ, W2FU, W3YQ, W8CAR, W9PA,
WW3S, K8MR, K3LR, K3UA, K8RR, K8ZT, and W8WTS at PJ2T) so there were at
least 19 of us on. A good showing!
Hope to work many of you in the NAS next Saturday night.

Comments:
Operated for the first three hours and then on and off for the rest of the
weekend. This is an easy contest to operate remotely from Japan since it is a
daytime contest for me.
The band was very quiet but conditions didn't seem so good to me. The EU
stations that I could hear were really, really weak, but amazingly some
of them
heard my little peanut whistle. This contest always seems to bring out
stations
who don't ordinarily operate contests so there are lots of seldom-worked
calls
in my log - a good thing! I missed NF, PEI, VE4, VE5, NT, YT, NU, NE,
SD, and
WY. Happy to work LB, something that doesn't happen very often.
Equipment: dipole at an average height of 45 feet and a K3, RemoteRig
boxes.
