Comments:

Not much seemed to go right tonight.  Loud signals on 15 meters minutes before
the start and then it was like someone turned a switch off at 0230Z.
Seemed to affect 20 meters too.  And almost every QSO I landed on, I was on the
wrong end of the QSO.  Someone I had already worked or someone that I couldn't
hear.
