Good to work at least a few one the home boys. N8EA, K3UA, K1LT made it into the log pretty quickly even if not on the first try. Had to persist to get NA8V. No luck getting through to W1NN, N8AA, K9NW.
Florida low band propagation can be pretty good if no QRN (which was not a problem last night). Listened to NA8V struggling for five minutes trying to work RU6B who was weak but good copy on my POS antenna. OTOH in other contests 20 meters seems to be a lot better from up north.
