This was one of the worst days of contesting mentally for me recently.  I had been making progress in the NCCC Sprint but stuff just didn't seem to register in my brain very well this time.Maybe dehydration or maybe just not enough sleep.  Intermittent and faulty relay in 40 meter amp was a big distraction.  The AL-1200 relay doesn't seem to make contact quickly enough anymore and so the K3 cuts the output power way down at first due to that moment of very high SWR before it gradually goes back up.  (The TX Delay is set to 8 msec and didn't seem to help if I changed it to anything between there and the 20 msec max).  If I used a foot switch to key the radio & amp first, then sent the CW it was ok.  But not very pleasant way to operate.  Has anyone else had that happen?  Time for a new relay I guess.
And the  20 meter amp had gone into standby at some point for I don't know how long before I noticed it.

Not too good here.  Very foggy brain tonight.  Intermittent relay in 40 meter
amp.  And 20 meter amp had gone into standby for I don't know how long.
