[NCC] ARRL DX CW and SSB first call

Greetings radio denizens and others!

It is time to polish the contacts on you keys, check your antennas and update your software for the ARRL DX TEST ON FEB 15/16 and MARCH  7/8.

As per usual let the NCC reflector know your plans. SO? SOA? HP/LP/QRP/ludicrous power? , remote? home or other? PT/FT?

If  CQ WW 160 was any indicator the low bands could be the place to be for this one but the sun is trying to birth some NEW CYCLE sunspots so you never know if 10 and 15 will be hot!
