[NCC] IC-9700 Auction

For those who are interested ....

Regarding the auction of the IC-9700 to benefit Youth programs through
WWROF:  There were six qualifying bids (and one bid below the minimum
threshhold), ranging from $1000 to the high bid of $1250.00 which was the
successful bid.  Rus Healy, K2UA, was the successful bidder, and Rus will
receive the new IC-9700, with WWROF receiving 100% of the auction proceeds
of $1250.00.  Thanks to all who participated.  And thanks to NCC and MRRC
for the bandwidth.
