True about the score, etc., but I find that working folks outside the area in a contest for a specific area is a bit like kissing your sister. Same motions, but just not quite the same. But yes, I will work non-Canadian friends I hear as well as others when things get slow.

I do hope to find some VE's on six and maybe even two meters. Especially if we have E-skip like we had on Sunday in Field Day.

If you work only VE's, both your rate and score will suffer mightily.  There's generally decent activity in this from both the US and Europe which should, if the trend holds, be even better this year.
Do, of course, hunt down all the VxxRAC stations - they are 20pts each!
