Big congratulations.  A well-deserved honor for someone who has, for
decades, recorded and preserved many of the best of ham radio's moments,
all at the personal cost of missing the chance to sit back and enjoy those
moments with his friends when they happened.

Now the real question is:  Who is going to take Tom's picture when he
receives his award?
