I just wanted to thank you for Sponsoring the Val Edwards Memorial Trophy.  

 

I have only just learned that I will receive a trophy for this effort.  

 

#1 World - Rookie CW op for the CQ WPX CW Contest 2020 which I am very
humble to be receiving.  

 

I have been an Amateur Radio operator now for about 2.5 years coming up to
my 3rd anniversary in late November 2020.  

 

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Amateur Radio and have made some
wonderful friends along the way.  I am very much looking forwards to more CW
contesting and hope to be invited to a contesting club here in VK in the
future to compete with the big boys.

 

I just really wanted to send a short email and thank you for sponsoring the
Award.  I have only just found out last night that I won.  My contesting
Elmer Trent Sampson VK4TS advised me to touch base and ensure you have my
postal details for the Award.
