[NCC] Finished up State QSO Party Challenge Today

Today was State QSO Party #46 for 2020 and the end of this challenge.
I was able to accomplish my goal of working all 46 parties along with an
anticipated 30 other hams.
The final date for submission of logs is mid-November

The year-long challenge will be starting again in Jan or Feb of 2021 and
new rules and an additional competition will be announced by end of this
year.
