I guess I did as well as can be expected for the temporary antenna setup. Got N8EA, NF8M, and W1NN into the log. Called a loud NA8V once but got beat out. I heard KW8N and W8WTS but I don't think I ever heard them in sync to try to call them. And they didn't hear my CQs/jump balls :-).
As noted, I'm in New Jersey on the weekend of the New Jersey QSO Party. It's not one I'd normally get excited about, but with the State QSO Party challenge and people staying at home I hope there will be some useful activity. The current plan is to get things get up and tested at my daughter's place starting at noon, then tear down and head to Hudson county. If interest warrants I may also try to get on from Bergen and/or Passaic counties. But will be back home for dinner and unlikely to travel out after that.
Hope to work you guys!

Comments:
At my daughter's in Montclair, NJ. Drove out today with my other daughter to
visit her and the new grandson/nephew. HamStick on 20 with the 33 foot wire for
40, force fed for 80, operating from inside the house. Needless to say, no
answered CQs and very few couplets.
I'll be playing a bit in the New Jersey QSO Party on Saturday, including an
afternoon visit to somewhat rare Hudson county. Hope to catch some of you then.
