Comments:
Conditions to EU just mediocre. Missed AK and NT. 245 5-pointers
worked, including 2 JA and ZL. No VK heard. Last QSO was at 0839z
Sunday morning (3:39AM local)... decided to get some sleep and have a
productive day. What handful of DX to be worked (VK? mult) plus
stateside would have maybe increased the score 10-15K...
Decent rates for the first 5 hrs, next hour came in under 100 but back
up to 101 (0400z) for the last 100+ hr:

The amount of dupes is always amazing... 5.5%!! zero vs. Oh!
First real stress test on the newly replaced/upgraded RX antenna
switching system. Worked great! It uses a pair of Raspeberry Pis w/
touchscreens to provide a user interface for switching "compass"
directions, has a zoomable map background with day/night overlay that
updates in realtime, scanning functions, tracking (chooses antennas in
same direction for diversity), etc. The main logic software runs as a
server on the main PC, and run client apps on Pis or PC for the user
interface. I also had client apps up on the main PC mirroring the stuff
on the Pis in the event using the mouse was more convenient at the
moment. All new hardware switchboard designs as well with better
enclosures and transcient protection that hopefully will last for the
next decade!
Fun as always! CU in the Stew.
